Preheat oven to 425 degrees, line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or apply coconut oil) to keep the crust from sticking when baked.
Whisk egg if using
Mix egg [or prepared flax egg], quinoa and seasoning together really well with a spoon or with your hands
Form the quinoa mixture into 4 individual pizzas, or one large pizza, on the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes and remove from oven.
Spread each pizza with the Raw Garden Fresh Tomato Sauce
Top with whatever ingredients you love on your pizza. Two of my favorite combinations are fresh spinach, red onion, goat cheese and artichokes OR yellow bell pepper and sliced mushrooms with feta. Use your own creativity and construct your toppings to suit your taste buds.
After adding toppings, pop it back in the oven for 5 minutes to let the cheese melt.
If you prefer your toppings raw, and are not using a cheese, then go ahead and serve at this point
