Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie Bowl
Taking an old ice cream classic flavour and adding a healthy spin. If you love mint and chocolate you will love this smoothie!

- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 scoop of your favourite greens powder
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 handful fresh mint leaves
- 1.5 cups ice
- 1-2 tbsp raw cacao nibs
Place all ingredients except the cacao nibs into a blender and process until smooth
You can add more ice or pre-freeze the banana if you want this smoothie bowl to be a thicker consistency.
Top with raw cacao nibs and serve!
