Immune Supporting Tea
This tea is full of health-promoting properties. It's a great addition to your night-time routine during the cold winter months.

- 500 ml boiling water
- 2 tbsp loose dandelion tea or 2 tea bags
- 1/2 inch piece of ginger, peeled
- 1/2 inch piece of turmeric, peeled
- 1/2 lemon, sliced
- 1/2 tsp manuka honey or maple syrup optional sweetener
Place everything, except the sweetener into a teapot and allow to steep for 5-10 minutes.
Fill your teacup and add sweetener if desired
