Egg Nog Chia Pudding
Get into the holiday spirit with this tasty gluten-free, vegan pudding.

- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup almond nog I like earth's own brand or use dairy egg nog
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp maca powder
- 1 tsp vanill
Place everything in a bowl and mix until well combined
Let it rest for 15-30 minutes with a papertowel ontop, so the chia seeds can expand and become gelantenous.

Keeps well in the fridge in an airtight container for 3-5 days.
For more of a dessert, I like to add a spoonful of coconut whip cream and additional cinnamon for fun.
