The Unicorn Rainbow Bagel
A bagel, some organic cream cheese, and a little plant-based natural food dye and you have one fun rainbow bagel to munch on.

- 1 sprouted, whole grain bagel toasted
- 3 tbsp organic cream cheese or tofu ricotta
- 1 tsp of each colour of choice
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Toast the bagel. Divide the cream cheese into small bowls and mix in 1 tsp of the natural food dye of choice from above.
If you want a brighter and bolder colour then add more food dye/puree.
Once you have your colours they way you want them. Spread the cream cheese on with a knife in the pattern you choose and spinkle with chia seeds. Enjoy!
For the purpose of this bagel, I mashed 1 tbsp of raspberries to 1 tbsp of cream cheese. 1/2 tsp of turmeric for the yellow, 1/2 tsp spirulina powder for the green, and 1 small scoop of the Blue Makjik powder mentioned about from E3Live
