Easy Summer Hibiscus Iced Tea
This is the perfect summer beverage to sip on your patio in exchange for commercial Ice Tea beverages.

- 2 organic hibiscus tea bags or a filled tea ball of loose leaves
- 4 cups boiling water
- 1-2 dates, based on your sweetness preference
- 1 lime, sliced
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 cup ice cubes
Boil water in a kettle. Place the tea bags in a heatproof container. Pour boiling water over the tea, add the date(s) and allow it to sit for 5-minutes.
Remove the tea bags, add 1/2 the lime slices and fill up with cold water. Put the container into the fridge or freezer until cold.
Fill glasses with ice, and the remaining lime slices, pour the tea into the ice filled glasses and enjoy.
