Ingredients

ripe avocado, peeled and pitted

limes, juice & zest
2
cups
natural coconut water
(careful of added sugars)
pinch
fine sea salt
1
tbsp
honey or agave
Instructions
Place everything into a high-speed blender and process till smooth.
Pour evenly into molds, freeze for 4 hours and enjoy.
Notes
Keeps in the freezer for 2-3 weeks.
