I really enjoyed frozen desserts, it’s very satisfying, and curbs the cravings for something sweet. Using frozen fruit, herbs, and a little natural sweetener creates the perfect frozen treat in your blender in minutes without the heavy fats, and hard to digest casein proteins that can often accompany a dairy dessert.

This 3-ingredient dessert is made in a blender. It can be enjoyed right away for a sorbet dessert or you can pop it in the freezer for 1-2 hours for a thicker consistency and scoop it like ice cream. Strawberry Basil Nice Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 cups frozen garden strawberries
  • 1 handful fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup or stevia

Instructions
 

  • Place everything into a blender and process till smooth.
  • Enjoy right away or pop it into the freezer for 1-2 hours and scoop like ice cream

Notes

This will keep in the freezer for 2 weeks in an air-tight glass container.
