This juice is so tasty! Whenever I drink it, I instantly feel a surge of life and energy in my body. I curated this juice with brightly colored carotenoids which give mango and carrots their orange color. Rich in vitamin A, K, C, B6, and biotin these it offers powerful health and wellness benefits. This juice is a lovely addition to your breakfast or at 3 pm when you need an energy boost.

You also don’t need to buy a juicer to enjoy this juice. You can make this in a blender, it will be a thicker consistency but then you don’t lose the fiber which is good for those with blood-sugar imbalances. If you want the consistency of a juice, you can strain it through a nut bag for the juice texture.

  • 1 medium mango, peeled and pit removed
  • 1 bunch fresh mint
  • 1 lbs carrots
  • 1" piece ginger

Instructions
 

  • Place everything through your juicer and drink within the first 24 hours for optimal nutrition.
